Quality & Compliance
Specs, documents and destination rules — deal by deal
We assess quality and compliance against the product, the market and the contract. No blanket claims without transaction-specific validation.
Quality and compliance are not a generic checklist. They follow the product, the destination market and the way the deal is structured. Below is how we approach the work — without claiming blanket certifications we have not validated for your transaction.
Specifications & product data
Grades, chemical and physical limits, packing and handling constraints are assessed against buyer requirements and available Algerian supply.
Product specifications
Specs are reviewed product by product. Verified data is shared on request; indicative ranges are labelled as such.
Buyer requirements
Destination-specific quality, packing and document needs are built into the commercial frame where feasible.
Traceability
Traceability expectations are reviewed against the product and the contract — not assumed by default.
Inspection, labs & certificates
Independent checks and documentation are coordinated when the deal requires them — timing and scope are part of negotiation.
Laboratory analysis
Lab work can be arranged for qualification or contractual acceptance, depending on grade and buyer rules.
Independent inspection
Inspection companies can be appointed per buyer preference and deal structure.
Certificates
Certificates are provided when available for the selected supply and remain subject to supplier and contractual confirmation.
Origin, export & customs documents
Document sets follow the Incoterm, the loading country and the importer's market — planned early, not assembled at the last minute.
Origin documentation
Origin-related documents are prepared according to destination and regulatory needs.
Export documentation
Export documents are coordinated as part of transaction execution.
Customs documentation
Customs requirements are reviewed with the destination market and importer structure in mind.
Regulatory & EU considerations
Regulatory overlays — including EU measures such as CBAM where relevant — are assessed transaction by transaction.
Regulatory requirements
Compliance needs depend on product, destination and how the importer is set up. We assess, we do not generalise.
CBAM & EU considerations
CBAM-related data and documents are reviewed according to product, origin, importer structure and applicable EU rules. NAGTAR does not claim generic CBAM compliance without transaction-specific validation.
Commercial honesty
If a requirement cannot be met with current supply, we say so. Unverified claims are not dressed up as facts.
